Aggressive natural killer-cell lymphoma (ANKL) is an extremely rare and catastrophic neoplasm that is steroid-responsive. We discuss the case of a 34-year-old Asian female with an unusual presentation of ANKL. She was admitted to our hospital with diagnosed tuberculosis of the eye with progressive vision loss and headache. PDF
